Ms. Carroll's class participated in the 2024 Trocaire Game Changers, which is a programme for young people who want to learn about global justice issues affecting our world today. In groups, they designed and created board games to teach others about issues such as human rights, access to resources, refugees, and war and conflict.
We entered our games into the Game Changers competition. Out of over 220 entries, one group from our class was chosen to attend the final in The Helix last week with their game 'The Courtroom'. We are delighted to say they were crowned overall winners for 2024 and should be very proud of themselves. Here are some photos of the games we created!
