Teach the Teacher Part 2!

Over the past week we had more ‘Teach the Teacher’ presentations. Well done to all the children involved. So much hard work went into these presentations. Thanks to everyone at home who helped them prepare. We all learned lots, including me!
- Louis taught us about the World Cup. We learned lots of interesting facts and he even had an example of old-fashioned boots and more modern boots. Great poster too Louis! Well done!
- Grace taught us a Brazilian dance. She had us all up on our feet! The moves were tricky at the start but we soon got the hang of them! Thanks for bringing us this interesting piece!
- Sam brought in his Ugiho cards. He showed us some very rare cards. He used volunteers in the class and made the presentation very engaging! Well done Sam!
- Charlotte G taught us about ballet. She started her ballet career when she was 3 years old in Tokyo. She brought in some of her costumes, photos and even designed a quiz!
- Patrick taught us about football. He demonstrated some football skills and found out what clubs everyone plays for. He also told us some interesting facts. Well done.
- Eve taught us about cricket! She plays cricket on Sundays so she is an expert. She went through the language used in cricket and even had a worksheet she made and photocopied herself! Very organized teacher Eve!,
- Chloe taught us how to draw a dog using just numbers! This was a very cool trick and the class were so excited to learn it! She presented it so clearly. Well done Chloe!
- Charlotte taught us about space. We learned lots of interesting facts. She had a lovely poster and even had a fun craft activity for us to do!
- Abby presented a creative lesson about our dream pets. She had some lovely photos of her dog Scooby. She told us about the responsibility of having a pet and showed us damage he did to some shoes!
- Vivienne taught us about rabbits. She has a lot knowledge about rabbits which she shared with us. She came prepared with a homemade worksheet. She had lovely videos that she made at home with her bunny ‘Magic’. Well done Vivienne.
- Teddy taught us about Hurling. He gave us lots of interesting facts about hurling. He also designed a quiz for us to do. He even told us how he used chat GPT to create the quiz. A very well organised teacher.
- Zoe was a very confident teacher. She presented a lesson on Tennis. She had lots of expertise that she could share with us. We learned the rules of tennis as well as the different equipment needed, prominent players and competitions. Well done!
- Gabriella taught us about sign language. She explained lots of different signs and even had a wonderful pairwork activity. Well done!
- Molly presented a lesson on Canada. She has first hand experience as she was born there. She had an interesting slide show to show us and lots of facts. The class were enthrawled. Great work Molly.
- Ryan gave us a wonderful PowerPoint presentation about rugby. It was so organised and had some wonderful photos of him in action on the pitch! A clear, insightful and educational presentation Ryan. The class were captivated! Well done!
- Ada taught us some Polish. It was so wonderful to learn Polish as we know Ada has worked hard all year at Polish school. We are really lucky to have such an expert in our class. Well done Ada!
- Millie taught us all about her family in New Zealand. She had some great photos and shared lots of interesting information. Well done Millie!
- Nathaniel taught us about reptiles. He had a very creative PowerPoint with wonderful pictures. He really connected this presentation to himself and had lots of his favourite reptiles included. Thanks for sharing Nathaniel.
- Danny taught us about hurling. He brought in a hurl and had some great demonstrations of hurling skills. He used volunteers which the class really enjoyed. Well done!
- Oliver taught us lots of facts about tennis. He showed us skills, the history of tennis, guess the player and more. He is very passionate about his game! Thanks for sharing Oliver!
- Alice showed us how to do a cartwheel. She had a great sheet that had all the steps of the cartwheel and she showed us each step. Well done Alice!
