Ms Finnegan’s 1st class were delighted to welcome parent volunteers into our class today to help us plant sunflower seeds and learn about the parts of a flower. It was lovely working with parents from the class and the children loved seeing some of their mums and dads in their classroom. The PA very generously organised this wonderful event and supplied all of the materials. The class loved decorating their name labels to pop into their pots to bring home! The children thoroughly enjoyed the morning. We can’t wait to see whose sunflower will grow the tallest!! Thank you to all the parents who volunteered and to the PA for kindly organising the event
