Here in Mr. Keenan's class we were so lucky to have the opportunity recently to visit the National Gallery of Ireland! The children had two fantastic tour guides who showed us the highlights tour of the Museum which included work from artists such as Van Gogh, Picasso and Monet! Our favorite was definitely the painting 'Donnybrook Fair', painted by Erskine Nikol, which depicts Donnybrook in 1859. Afterwards, we had our lunch and some playtime in Merrion Square. A big thank you to Ms. Lambe for organising the trip and for the parents who came with us.
