We have been so busy the last few weeks since we returned to school after the October Midterm Break!
Our theme in Aistear is The Café and we have had lots of fun in the role play area of the Café as well as creating our own menus, making donuts, using junk art to make dinners and using playdoh to make food too! It's been great fun!
Blu the Bear has also been so lucky with all the adventures he's gone on the past few weeks. Some of his many adventures included going to the playground, gymnastics and to The West with Sienna and going swimming, to the cinema and having 'bearoccinos' with Emily! We loved hearing Sienna and Emily talk about what they got up to with Blu and were so excited to look at the pictures too!
In Maths we have been learning about 2D shapes and loved making our own 2D shape pictures, houses using different materials and going on a 2D shape hunt.
This week is Science Week and we were lucky enough to be invited over to Mount Eden to see the 6th Class Science Fair. We loved seeing the different experiments and learned loads!
