Autumn walk in Herbert Park with Ms. O’Gara’s Class!
Yesterday, our class went for a wonderful autumn walk to Herbert Park. We were lucky to have a bright, sunny day, perfect for exploring the park and looking for signs of the new season.
As we strolled through the park, the children were excited to spot signs of autumn all around us. They pointed out the colourful leaves falling from the trees, conkers on the ground, and even a squirrel getting ready for winter. It was a great opportunity to talk about the changes that happen in nature during autumn and how the world around us prepares for the colder months.
After our nature walk, we headed to the playground, where the children had a fantastic time. They climbed, swung, and slid, enjoying the beautiful weather and each other's company.
It was a memorable day full of learning and fun, and we can't wait for more outdoor adventures as the year goes on!
